The name Himanchal is derived from, Him + Anchal which means snow covered area from Kashmir – Himachal Pradesh – Uttarakhand-Nepal to North East India.

As we all know the health hazards causing due to chemical based agricultural products. All over the world are turning to organic foods, which means pesticides free, fertilizer free, No GMO, No Fumigation but only traditionally used plant and Animal based farm yard manures.

About Founder
Himachal Organic Valley Pvt. Ltd. came into existence through a novel thought from 90 year old Er. Devendra Singh, Aeronautical Engineer by profession. He has travelled across more than 20 countries. Er. Devendra Singh worked for 40 years in more than 11 countries (UK, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, France, Holland, Norway, Greece, Egypt, and Russia), returned to Dharamshala/Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh, and established Himachal Organic Valley Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2021.
Er. Devendra Singh is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Bharat and later trained as Pilot in Lucknow Club, Uttar Pradesh, Bharat. He was married to Dr. Nalini Metre Singh, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who practiced in UK and Bharat. Unfortunately she passed away in 2019.
